OVER 15 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE!
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT OUR HISTORY
Gorillas & Gazelles was founded in 2006 to help college students find jobs with entrepreneurial companies around the region. As part of this process, we had created the Serengeti Assessment Process to capture the motivations and preferences of those graduates to place them into the right culture and company. We noticed that the assessment was very beneficial in many aspects of businesses in all types of industries. We have worked with companies all around the nation.
Also in 2006 the Entrepreneurial & Business Excellence (EBE) Hall of Fame was created to honor and recognize regional entrepreneurs and businesses.
In 2017 the Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) Hall of Fame was founded with Megan Stockburger, a high school friend of Adam Davenport, to honor and recognize Law Enforcement Officers for their service and dedication to keeping our community safe.

MEET ADAM DAVENPORT
I am a lifelong NW Ohio resident. I graduated from Cardinal Stritch High School in 2001. From there I graduated from Bowling Green State University (BGSU) in 2005 with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Entrepreneurship. After graduation, I started my own business selling and installing safes and security cabinets in homes and businesses. After a year of running that business I was pursued by Gorillas & Gazelles LLC in Perrysburg, OH. I started in Business Development and in 2010 I assumed the role of President and continue that role to this day. I also am the Chairman of the Entrepreneurial & Business Excellence (EBE) Hall of Fame and am Co-Founder of the National Law Enforcement Officer (NLEO) Hall of Fame.
I have been involved in numerous associations around the region ranging from education to non-profit boards. Some of them include the BGSU College of Business Young Alumni Board, The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) of Wood County, EPIC Toledo, the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Regional Growth Partnership and the Ohio Virtual Academy (OHVA).
